the guards' hair color is wrong, it must be yellow, the NPC dialog icon is upside down, the guards have a flower in their hand and they shouldn't have it
The problem with the image is the icon for the dialogue for the guards castle of King Tibianus and dialogue for the King Tibianus. I've attached an image of the correct icon.
The NPC's diagonal frames are inverted; the NPC guards' hair is green instead of yellow; the soldiers are holding a different item—I think it's the animation that plays when you insult the soldiers.

Example:
